Returns & Exchanges

We offer seamless and complimentary return and exchanges on all items purchased via our website until 14 days after receipt. In certain cases, we may offer an extension of the return period. Please contact us for more information.

To request a pre-paid return label from UPS or DHL label, please contact us at info@sophiebillebrahe.com. We will credit back the card used upon receipt. All items must be return in original packaging, unworn and in the condition received.

Please note that custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces and the Cloud Table cannot be returned for a refund.
