All orders placed on us.sophiebillebrahe.com are shipped directly from Denmark. 

All Import duties on all orders are covered by Sophie Bille Brahe as a services. Local sales tax is calculated in the final steps of checkout and will be included in the final price.

Shipping:

We offer fast and complimentary shipping on all orders over $250.  We ship orders fully insured and securely with UPS or DHL.

Standard delivery times:

East Coast 1-2 business days.

West Coast 2-3 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer seamless and complimentary return and exchanges on items purchased via our website, until 14 days after receipt. We may offer an extension of the return period in certain cases. Please contact us for more information.

To requst a pre-paid return label please contact info@sophiebillebrahe.com. We will credit back the card used for the original order. Please note that items must be unworn and in the condition received.

Please note that custom sizes and special orders including bespoke pieces cannot be returned for a refund.
